Dr. Guirguis & Gaby are very great at what they do. Dr. Guirguis was very informative with the procedure she was gonna perform along with a plan of execution. Very patient and gentle with me. The difficulty at where the procedure was located to work on. Gaby was there every step of the way to assist and make sure my comfort was her main priority. It's not this one procedure that I write this but a plan that we have to get me to be a 100% with my dental treatment in full. Jeweliza the insurance coordinator makes sure that my insurance and financial responsibility is easy to navigate with the complicated procedures needed to be performed.

I moved to the desert recently, and Palm Springs Modern Dentistry was recommended. Dr. Le and staff are really excellent. They've consistently gotten me in and out quickly (doing good work in the process - just not much waiting around which I'd become used to at my last dentist). Their office is set up in such a way that you get a gorgeous view of the mountains out the window as they're doing your cleaning.

Very compassionate and accommodating. Dr. Le And Jules are definitely five star! When there was a discrepancy between what my insurance says they cover and other out-of-pocket cost related to materials Dr. Le and jewels Went above and beyond to find options that were suitable to fit my budget Without sacrificing quality. Situations like this are often time consuming when trying to find middle ground, but the doctor and Jules took time out from their day to explain to me as well as making lengthy phone calls to make something work. This is a busy office and for the doctor to take the time to speak to me and answer my questions after my visit and in between patients is above and beyond. I watched Jules manage the front desk by herself as well as assist other people and work on my situation making numerous phone calls to ensure satisfactory service. Anyone who has worked in customer service or who has serviced patients knows that this is not easy and it is easy to become frustrated, however, if these two individuals were frustrated, they did not show it in their voice, nor did they show it in their face. Not only were their words kind, but their body language was also compassionate. I saw compassion in this office, accommodation, and a willingness to work with the patient. It should always be kept in mind that dental procedures are going to be expensive, it doesn’t matter where you go. If you’re getting quality dental care, it will be expensive, But I am appreciative that these two came together to soften the blow. Thank you, thank you thank you. Five stars all around.
