I love going to Palm Springs Modern Dentistry. I have been to numerous dental offices over the last 65 years and Palm Springs Modern Dentistry is above and beyond the best. I have been going here for over 10 years and have always received high quality care provided by highly competent, friendly staff in a pleasant environment at reasonable prices. Dr. Natalie Le and her team are exceptional. They really know what they are doing no matter how complicated the dental procedure. The dental hygienists are fantastic - gentle, thorough, efficient experts. The staff also take the time to explain what they are doing and why. They are more concerned about properly treating patients and they do not pressure patients into doing unnecessary procedures. They not only do all the dental treatment well, but they take care of you from the minute you walk in the door, getting you checked in, explaining what your insurance will cover and what your out of pocket costs will be, handling the billing and future scheduling. This is a well run dental office and the staff are positive, optimistic and pleasant. Today, I had a dental emergency (right before leaving town on a trip) and the office was quick to provide calm, kind and expert care toward a long lasting and affordable solution. Thank you Dr. Le, Jasmine, Kim and Brian - you are knowledgeable professionals and incredibly personable. Thank you Dr. Le for establishing and maintaining this dental business in our community.
